On October 30, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. issued Proclamation No. 727, declaring the regular holidays and special non-working holidays for the year 2025. Under Section 1 of the Proclamation, the following days are designated as regular holidays and special non-working days:

Moreover, the EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary, usually celebrated on February 25, is designated as a special working day. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Proclamation, the observance of Eidul Fitr and Eidul Adha will be announced once the approximate dates of the Islamic holidays have been determined based on the Islamic calendar (Hijra) or the lunar calendar, or upon Islamic astronomical calculations, whichever is possible or convenient. The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos will recommend the specific dates for these holidays to the President. Additionally, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is tasked to promulgate the implementing guidelines.
