In the Philippines, divorce is NOT YET legally implemented. However, the Philippine court recognizes foreign divorce.

The Recognition of a Foreign Divorce is a judicial process that allows a Filipino citizen and their foreign spouse to legally end their marriage. This is filed before the Regional Trial Court in the Philippines, at the province or city where your marriage in the Philippines was solemnized, or in Metro Manila if marriage was solemnized abroad.
