Legal Assistance on Filing an Employment Litigation to SEnA

Duran & Duran-Schulze Law specializes in employment litigation wherein we help our clients navigate the complexities of employment law and resolve disputes effectively. We also offer various services to both employers and employees involved in disputes or legal matters related to employment.

File a Complaint to SEnA

The Single Entry Approach (SEnA) is an administrative approach that employs a thirty (30) days mandated conciliation-mediation process to provide an easily accessible, quick, fair, and affordable settlement mechanism for all labor and employment-related disputes.

To file a complaint, the employee or employer must follow the following proceeding:

  • File a Complaint. Visit the Single Entry Assistance Desk (SEAD) or file a complaint online through e-SEnA.
  • Communicate with a SEnA Desk Officer (SEADO). Discuss your complaint with the SEADO.
  • Negotiate and compromise. Work towards a resolution with your employer or employee by negotiating and reaching a compromise.
  • Reach an agreement with your employer or employee. Take note that the agreement should be documented and binding.

Be advised that occupational health concerns, and safety hazards and accidents are issues that cannot be resolved through SEnA.
