Legal Fees
Does DDS offer a free consultation?
We only offer 1 free legal web consultation and answer per inquirer. If you wish to book an appointment with us, you may do so but subject to a consultation fee. Our half an hour consultation is PhP 3,900.00. This could be done either in person or via online.
What are the legal fee arrangements that are typically paid to lawyers?

How much is your Retainer Fees?
We offer a monthly retainer of PhP10,000.00 with 3 credit hours per month and a lock-in period of 1 year, which are non-cumulative and will not be carried over to the next month if unused. For any hours exceeding the above credit will be billed on an hourly basis.
Forms of Payment
What is your mode of payment?
We accept payments through Wire Transfer, Paypal (for credit card payments), Check and Cash payments.The International and Local Bank service charges including PayPal service charges shall be at the expense of the client.
What is DDS' billing cycle for litigation?
We have our package fee for our services. We discuss the scope to the client and indicate which are included in the agreement. Out of scope charges are sometimes billed on a hourly basis following the rate of the personnel assigned
