Legal Fees
Does DDS offer a free consultation?
We only offer one (1) free legal web/email consultation and answer per inquirer. If you wish to book an appointment with us, you may do so but subject to a consultation fee. Our half an hour consultation is PHP3,900.00. This could be done either in person or via online.
What are the legal fee arrangements that are typically paid to lawyers?

How much is your Retainer Fees?
Our monthly retainer fee starts at PHP10,000.00 and with a lock-in period of one (1) year.
Forms of Payment
What is your mode of payment?
We accept payments through Wire Transfer, Paypal (for credit card payments), Check and Cash payments. The International and Local Bank service charges including PayPal service charges shall be at the expense of the client.
What is DDS' billing cycle for litigation?
We have our package fee for our services. We discuss the scope to the client and indicate which are included in the agreement. Out of scope charges are sometimes billed on a hourly basis following the rate of the personnel assigned.
