To ensure complete transparency and efficiency, we follow a structured, five-stage client journey from your initial inquiry to the resolution of your legal matter:
1. Email Communication with Sales
The process begins when you reach out to our intake team, who will connect with you via email to initially review your legal matter and provide a tailored cost proposal (Send us an email at info@duranschulze.com).
2. Engagement Agreement Signing
Once you accept our proposal, we issue a formal Engagement Agreement detailing the exact scope of work, fees, and expectations, which officially establishes our attorney-client relationship upon signing.
3. Payment of Fees
Before active legal work or representation begins, you need to settle the agreed-upon initial payments—such as acceptance fees, fixed service rates, or retainer deposits—through our flexible, secure payment channels.
4. Case Assignment & Execution
Your matter is then assigned to a dedicated handling attorney specializing in that specific field of law, who will execute the legal strategy and provide transparent, step-by-step milestone updates.
5. Case Resolution & Offboarding
Upon the conclusion of your legal matter, we seamlessly transition you out by handing over all original documents, providing a transparent final financial accounting, and gathering your valuable feedback.
If you’re not yet ready to engage the firm immediately, you may start with a consultation to better understand your legal situation and available options.
You can book an online or onsite consultation directly through our website or by contacting our office by email. We offer targeted time blocks (e.g., 30-minute, 1-hour, or longer sessions) with the specific partner or associate specializing in your issue.

A formal legal consultation serves as an intake and diagnostic session. The consulting attorney will review the factual background of your case, examine pertinent evidence and documents, outline viable legal remedies, and assess associated legal risks and procedural costs.
All information, documents, and disclosures shared during a consultation are strictly protected by the Attorney-Client Privilege under Philippine law and the Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability (CPRA).
We adhere to standard legal billing paradigms, structuring our fees relative to the complexity, urgency, and resource demands of each individual matter. We charge fixed consultation fees, flat fees for certain services (e.g., trademark and visa processing), and acceptance and appearance fees for litigation and court representations.
Specific fee schedules are transparently disclosed during your initial intake or booking process. Payments may be made via wire transfer, PayPal, check, or cash. Please contact our team or refer to the consultation booking page for current rates.
Yes, we offer Legal (Corporate) and HR Retainer Services that provide businesses with continuous, priority access to our legal team for a fixed monthly fee, functioning as an outsourced in-house counsel. We also offer customized retainer arrangements for individuals or estates with ongoing or complex legal needs.
